The Andreas Quartier Campus construction project is being built in Berlin's Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. The construction work is being carried out in a joint venture with Züblin, with Saltire S.à.r.l. as the client. Bausicht systems are being used by MBM Baustoffverwertung und Baustellenmanagement GmbH.

The Berlin Decks construction project is being built on around 48,000 m². It comprises five modern buildings with diverse uses – from offices and laboratory spaces to areas for education and the arts. Dreßler Bau GmbH and Implenia Hochbau AG are realizing the project together, with MBM Baustoffverwertung und Baustellenmanagement GmbH using our Bausicht systems.

In Düsseldorf, Cube Central 378 is creating a mixed-use urban quarter on a plot of around 6,500 m². With approximately 22,600 m² of gross floor area and around 13,500 m² of residential and usable space, it offers apartments, furnished flats, offices, commercial spaces, innovative living concepts and studios. We support RTS-Baulogistik GmbH in the realization of this project with our systems.

The FÜRST Berlin Kudamm construction project is being built in the heart of Berlin on the site of the former Kudamm-Karree. On an area of around 130,000 m², a modern quarter is being realized, scheduled for completion by June 2026. Up to 1,000 people work on this large-scale construction site every day.

The LEAP building by Roche in Penzberg is a modern diagnostics research facility that sets new standards for the research and development of diagnostic tests. The 33-meter-high, six-story smart building offers a state-of-the-art working environment with modern office spaces and laboratories. All Bausicht modules are in use for construction logistics, access control and subcontractor management.

With LIF – Leben in Frankenberg, a modern residential quarter is being built in Aachen, tailored specifically to the needs of students and young professionals. On a plot of around 1,100 m², approximately 5,700 m² of gross floor area and about 3,300 m² of usable space are being realized.
